How do you track your Real Estate Expenses? Do you know what you’re spending your money on?  If you’re like a lot of Real Estate Agents you hand your Accountant an envelope with all your receipts for the year and don’t have a clue where your money went.


How can we help you?
Each month your  real estate expenses/income will be entered and categorized in our computer.  You will receive a monthly transaction statement including listing date, payee, category and amount.  You will also receive a monthly and year-to-date expense/income statement with  totals for all categories.

We provide monthly pick-up and mail-in services.
Pick-up Service:  Free pick-up and delivery service for offices in most of Charlotte Mecklenburg, Union and surrounding counties.
Mail-in Service:  We also have mail service for those offices that are out of area/state.
Pricing:  $35/Month
